「The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service.」

「I barely stayed in this hotel. I got in late at night, and left early morning. But the staff was very nice, and the room was comfortable. for a quick trip, recommended」

「This was a great property, clean and the staff were very helpful, giving tips on where to go and arranging tickets and a car to take us to the train station. The place was clean and well maintained. It was on the river and easy to get to and from the old town. Really a great place overall.」

「Large modern room with comfortable bed and separate bathtub & shower. Quiet location. Staff do not speak English, which is typical even for Western branded hotels in China. My room smelled a bit like sulfur, strongest near the toilet, but common areas did not. Air conditioner did not work. When reported to front desk, the complaint was met with a shrug. A bit of a walk from the historic area, but a gated walkway serves as a shortcut. 」

「Good location, friendly staff, easy to find delicious foods around the neighborhood」

「Transporte gratuito a todos lados, excelente.」

「Bathrooms needed better cleaning」
