"We were disappointed in this resort, the spare bed was so hard, my daughter was crying, so I slept on it with my bad back. The pool has a dangerous dip, not a good design, our shower leaked all over the floor after every shower, had to mop up with towels, our kettle didn’t work, the spa in our room was dirty and corroded parts, other peoples hair etc, did not feel it was clean enough to use. The stairs are a nightmare unless you are young and fit as the lobby reception is at the top and the pool...

"second time for us. Pro's - great staff, friendly manager, great food, it's isolated (but if you get the grab app you can get a cab to lamai) and great villa. For improvement- no mats on the beds around the pool or cushions on the sitting area. The decking has also seen better days and needs repair. We still enjoyed it lots, good value for money."

"Our little cottage had a fantastic view of Lamai beach. The water at this time/mid July is low tide. However the boutique resort is a short walk to Crystal beach, which is beautiful, and a short cab ride to Chaweng Noi beach, also beautiful. Both beaches are great for swimming. The chef at Lamai Bayview is excellent if you are not going off property for lunch or dinner. The staff team is warm and accommodating. We look forward to returning in the future."
