"Sehr geräumige Wohnung in großem Schloss mit SchlossgartenWenn man sich über die in Jahrhunderten ausgetretenen Wendeltreppen (bei dem Baujahr zu erwarten) in den 2. Stock hochgekämpft hat, betritt man eine gut renovierte, große Wohnung. Teilweise sind stilvolle, wertige Textiltapeten, fast überall Kristalllüster verbaut. Die 3 Bäder sind modern. Möblierung weitgehend mit dunklen, geschnitzten Möbeln. Da war jemand mit Geschmack am Werk. Bei Kleinigkeiten oder Instandhaltung (Auflaufform, Salatsieb, Ablagen im Bad usw.) wurde weniger Mühe investiert. Aber eine schöne Wohnung, die auch bei den herrschenden Temperaturen von weit über 30 Grad nicht unerträglich heiß wird.Wunderschöne Wanderumgebung, in 15 Autominuten diverse absolute Highlights zu sehen. Elbsandsteingebirge, ein Traum! Und nach Dresden z.B. in die Semperoper braucht man auch nicht lang. Von daher: klare Empfehlung! Auch schöne Radwege wie Elberadweg in näherer Umgebung.Nicht empfehlen würde ich die Wohnung für 11 Gäste - außer man bleibt nur kurz. Bei den Zimmern zur Straße könnten sich lärmempfindliche Bewohner durch den morgendlichen Pendlerverkehr stören. Dann kann man sehr üppig im Heidekrug in Cotta essen (besser reservieren), Bratwurst und Kartoffeln im Landhandel kaufen. Eine Woche dort war nicht zu lang!"

"Very nice and clean accomodation for the price, right in the center of the town. Bathroom is big and hotel room is quite modern. Only downside is the lack of a room access keycard as the hotel still uses the classic key to unlock your door. In 2026 I think all hotels no matter what location should implement keycards to access all hotel facilities as it’s more secure and easy maintenance for the staff and is just expected these days."

"I absolutely love staying here! The location is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are also two restaurants to choose from, making it a truly great place to stay. Teplice is the city, and Hotel Monopol is the place to be!"

"Für einen Ausflug mit großer Familie (16 Personen) super geräumig. Durch seperate Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern hat jeder genügend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeit.Jeweils 2 Kühlschränke, Geschirrspüler und Backöfen erleichtern das Kochhändling enorm.Die Übergabe verlief super unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.Es ist ausreichend Geschirr und Zubehör in der Küche vorhanden. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Kochutensilien hätte vereinzelt besser sein können. Das ist sicherlich dem regen Kommen und Gehen der Gäste geschuldet.Außenbereich sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein.Uns hat das Wochenende sehr viel Spass gemacht! Danke dafür "

"Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped in making sure I found the car park, after I had missed the entrance sign. Having been told the restaurant closed at 8pm, but not that the kitchen stopped at 7, they made me up a meal around 7.15 Very large room, clean and comfortable. Even though I was next to the lift, there was no noise from this. Right in the centre of town"
