"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. "The house was hard to find. It was nowhere near where shown on the map in Vrbo and the address we were given was completely wrong.Amenities: much maintenance needed:No working light over hob.In one shower, head does not attach to wall mounting; in the other, hose leaks so badly the flow is a dribble.Much chipped crockery.No microwave cookware.Grubby walls.Blunt kitchen knives.No plug in kitchen sink.Pool filthy.Unstable standard lamp (hazard).Broken lid on garbage bin.Many flies, no screens, flat battery in fly swat, no spray.Inadequate and poor quality supply of towels."
