"The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!"

"The cottage was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to visit family at the Jersey shore. The location is on the quiet bay side, but within walking distance to shops, food and the boardwalk. It was off season, so parking was not an issue. It was clean and cozy with comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and coffee all provided and a nice touch. The only negative would be the lack of a washer/dryer as there is no space for them, but not a deal breaker for us...

"Door lock was broken, no water in the pool, overall the entire hotel needs to be redone and cleaned up. Would not come back."

"No amenities were usable. Rain shuts down the hotel and you are stuck in your room. Then the room service is extremely limited and they don't even bring milk with the coffee. I'm not sure why they charge so much, nothing special about this place. Just a normal beach hotel where you can hear every time your neighbor moves."

"The room was clean and comfortable, we didn't use the pool or hot tub but both looked very nice and well maintained. Dinner at Tradewinds was lovely and the breakfast restaurant was not yet open for the season. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close enough to the boardwalk to be an enjoyable walk and the beach was beautiful!"

"I had a pretty great stay here but there are a few things I’d love to share that I saw other reviewers mentioned as well. For whatever reason our room did not have a functional AC unit, we had to inform the lobby and they instructed us they put in a ticket to get someone to turn it on however no one ever came or repaired it, the room was 71 degrees throughout our entire stay. Not very comfortable for sleeping - we could not open our window as it was crawling with critters and no screen. I’d like to note as well, the gentleman in the front desk stated that the AC unit had to be triggered by maintenance in order to truly turn on the air- stating that the control panel in the room does not fully turn it on, again this is something someone else mentioned too. Despite this, I am really pleased and would love to give this hotel another try! The ambiance and overall vibe are really inviting and the front desk folks and Valet were extremely pleasant. We got to enjoy some Coffee up front as well and it was very well made! I would love to come back and potentially try another room that has AC throughout the summer."
