「Overall, had an excellent experience! We tend to prefer locations away from the crowds so this place was excellent - 15 to 20 minutes into Salida with a beautiful drive. Beautiful views from the back of the property of the Arkansas river and surrounding mountains! Very relaxing! Listing (pictures) was mostly accurate. 「When we stayed here four years ago, the property was in much better shape. It hasn't been maintained, including the landscaping. The backyard was littered with trash, and the property desperately needs repairs. I have photos that i can submit if that is helpful.」
