Es un buen lugar para ir tanto en pareja, como en familia. Tiene muy buena ubicación. La atención es excelente, todo estaba muy limpio y en buenas condiciones, con excepción del control remoto del tv, que tenía problemas.

One of the worst hotels I’ve seen. Upon checking in the man working was reclining barefoot with nasty dirty feet and yellow toenails that had probably never been trimmed. He acting annoyed I had walked into the “lobby”, which was around So stifling hot and stunk like musty cheeses plus eerily silent. I walked up to the window greeting this man. I told him I had booked a room. He never acknowledge me and started writing down notes and he stared at the computer. He had no earbuds in I could see. After he took his time writing down gibberish on a piece of paper, he asked for my id and then slide room key to program. Handed both cards me and started laughing so loudly…. I just stared at him, wanting to ask if something was funny to him. But it was obvious he was on a phone call, however I saw no earbuds nothing. Never wants to make eye contact with me even after taking my ID.. I booked this room online, obviously ahead of time and thought about booking it for two nights and thank God I did not. He did not tell me anything about breakfast. He did not ask about any questions. He did not say thank you I said to him thank you and have a good night. He completely ignored me. When I got up to my room, that was kind of a surprise. It was huge which I liked the filthiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life…everything molded, sticky Dirty! I actually woke so congested and sick all morning. There was no Hot Water. I was given two towels, a body towel and a hand towel. This was the worst hotel

Trip to Cyppress, TX.

No frills stay. Good to stay a night, sleep and a shower. The room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Quit area and places to eat were very close by. I would stay again here on my next visit.

Booking platforms promised a standard stay; the reality was completely substandard. The property grounds are highly unkept. Outside, overflowing bins of exposed waste sit directly under the lights, creating a massive breeding ground for pests. Inside the room, flies buzz constantly behind the thin curtains, while the common hallways are cluttered with massive piles of dirty, unwashed laundry and stray office chairs. Essential hardware is completely broken. The in-room AC unit console is entirely dead and non-functional, leaving the space hot, humid, and stagnant. To make matters worse, the electronic door lock repeatedly glitched, turning basic room entry into an exhausting chore. When confronted with these issues, management responded with immediate hostility rather than accountability. They are clearly more concerned with dodging a bad review than fixing a broken, fly-ridden property. Do not waste your money here unless you want to be stranded in a humid, broken room with zero customer service

The hotel was nice. The cable rolled most of the time so watching a show took forever. Jacuzzi could have been cleaned better. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Good overall

Room was large and clean. Took the air conditioner a little bit to cool room. We asked for an additional blanket and pillow. We were given the blanket, but were told we could not have another pillow. After flying all morning an additional pillow would've been nice.
