We enjoyed our stay at this house. It had plenty of room and comfortable furnishings for our family. Atilano was very responsive when we had any questions. We would be happy to stay here again when visiting family in Houston.

Great location, great space

My friends and I use this house every time we come to Houston! the price is always great and we love that we all have our own space and bathroom. I Plan to stay here again on my next trip to Houston.

Wonderful stay in Houston!

We absolutely loved this property. It was close to parks and restaurants, The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Houston.

Modern townhome in quiet central neighborhood

Clean, spacious townhome in quiet neighborhood near downtown. Comfortable furnishings. Kitchen is stocked modestly, although coffee and generous supply of bottled water were very much appreciated. Two car garage is an excellent benefit. Excellent, easy communication with owner. This was perfect choice for our 2-day trip to visit family. Much more space than a hotel room at lower price.

Out of State Wedding Travel

The house was modern, comfortable, well decorated, and clean. Water pressure was excellent! Garage could fit our Toyota Sienna mini van and a Nissan SUV but an extremely tight fit.

Great stay!

In town with my kids for a college visit. Loved our stay. Condo exactly as pictured. Very clean, comfortable beds. Has everything we needed. Garage parking perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Always a quick response to any of my questions. Highly recommend!

Annual Granddaughter Christmas Date

For the last 10 yrs I have taken four of my granddaughters on a Christmas date , together we have enjoyed the ballet , musicals & plays . For the last 5 yrs its become a weekend road trip. This year it was the Disney Frozen musical ! This property made a great weekend feel comfortable & relaxing , it was clean & spacious , great location between downtown & galleria . Highly recommend for small groups 4 to 6 people , plenty of food / restaurant choices near-by , a few with-in walking distance. I use VRBO a few times a year and haven't been disappointed yet , This property continues the winning streak , its 5 stars

We were visiting for a week long event. Home was centrally located to event locations. Spacious home, quiet. Only issues were the masterbed frame needs replacing and ine master bedroom sink stopped up.

Amazing Christmas

My brother and his family were staying here to surprise my mom for Christmas. They had an amazing time. The house smelled like home and was like walking into a families house already. My nieces and nephews begged to have their cousins stay the night to see the house too. The property manager helped me work through my issues with the VRBO app and getting lost. So much patience and kindness, I cannot thank them enough. If we ever need a place to stay or recommend for out of town family, this is it.

Wedding- Family trip

We selected this condo as a central location for multiple events of a family wedding. It was quite spacious and allowed our family of 5 plenty of room to relax and rest between events. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed delicious meals from several of the multitude of restaurants in the area. Special shoutout to the Burger Bodega. Atliano was always responsive when we reached out with questions. I would recommend the listing be updated to reflect that the beds are queens, not kings, but all were comfortable. If we ever find ourselves in Houston again, we will most definitely choose to rent from Atliano again. :)

Nice but Some Challenges

Overall, The home looked very nice on the inside, and decorated very nicely. The owner provided plenty of bottled water throughout the home which has a very thoughtful touch. Pieces of chocolates were left on tables in the living room, another nice detail. I was however disappointed that the kitchen drawers were not as clean as they should have been. Also, there appeared to be bug droppings behind one of the chairs in the living room, which I found when plugging my charger into the wall. There were not enough towels and wash clothes for 6 guests. A washer and dryer were included, but who wants to do laundry everyday on vacation??? The check-in process was to tedious and convoluted…

Nice Townhouse

Owner communicated with me in a timely manner. We did have a large SUV that couldn’t be parked in the parking garage, so the owner got a permit ahead of our arrival, for us to park it in front of the townhome. The second day we arrived back to townhome and there was no where to park SUV. I spoke to a neighbor and they allowed us to park in front of their townhome. Great stay overall! Please note that the beds are all queen size and not king size as stated. The owner did confirm this prior to me renting this property.

Great space and location

The property was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the multiple level home. We were very comfortable the three days we stayed there. Very close to NRG stadium which was great!! We plan to use the location going forward!
