This home is a charming 1920s home in the Montrose Historic District, blending vintage elegance with modern updates.

Living Room: Spacious and inviting, featuring original wood flooring, a ceiling fan, and ample natural light from vintage windows.

Kitchen: Equipped with day-to-day essentials, this kitchen is functional for daily living.

Bedrooms: Two generously sized rooms with hardwood and laminate flooring, each equipped with ceiling fans for comfort. Primary bedroom had a king bed and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed Both bedrooms share a bathroom.

Bathroom: Modern yet classic, with tiled shower walls, chrome fixtures, and a sleek design.

The second floor living room with its queen sofa bed is ideal for movie nights.

Amenities: Enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer, and gated parking for added convenience.

Location: Nestled in a historic district, close to downtown, parks, restaurants, and the light rail, making city living effortless

Guests will have access to the entire unit and will check-in using a smart lock keypad.
