The staff is amazing! This is our first time at this hotel. We frequent Katy for horse shows and was very impressed. They notified me when my Amazon packages arrived and were very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

It's good if you plan just sleeping there. Gym, pool, and breakfast is in another building walking distance (Palacio Royale Inn Signature), the photos don't belong to this one. Don't expect this one to look all mighty. Elevator smelled awfull the whole stay. Manager at front desk wasn't friendly at all. Tried to upgrade my room to one on the building next door and no one helped me. The room itself was pretty good. Kitchen had no pots, glasses, spoons, nothing.

Very home welcoming from the owner to the employees . The breakfast is served every morning and very overfilling. The rooms are very clean with no odd odor . I highly recommend this hotel and also it’s kid friendly.
