Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.The biggest issue was that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The Vrbo listing stated that the home had 4 king beds, 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed and sleeps 8. When we arrived, the bedrooms advertised as having king beds instead had separate smaller beds. After our stay, the host explained that the advertised king beds were actually “convertible/detachable” beds that they separate depending on the number of guests. That information was not disclosed anywhere in the listing information we saw when booking. The listing simply advertised them as king beds.We also arrived at our scheduled check-in time and the house was still being cleaned. The cleaner remained for approximately another hour, and we then waited approximately another hour to receive washcloths/rags.During the stay, someone also had to come to the property to hook up/service the Wi-Fi, and we dealt with a toilet that continuously ran and required attention. Because we had to remain at the property while these issues were being handled, our group missed an entire prepaid ATV reservation, costing us both money and part of our vacation experience.We documented the condition and sleeping arrangements with photographs and communicated our concerns to the host. We attempted to resolve the situation directly before leaving this review, but the host declined to provide any refund.
