Pool days. Hot-tub evenings. A round of pool before bed. Destination Pine Walk is a 4-bedroom home in Spring for up to 8 guests, with a private pool, hot tub and game room. Pool heating is available on request at no extra charge. No cleaning fee. No checkout chores. Near The Woodlands, with a kitchen, grill and family gear for easy days at home.

OUTDOORS
• Private pool with waterfall and a hot tub. Pool heating is available on request at no extra charge.
• Shaded patio with string lights, outdoor dining and a natural-gas grill.

GAME NIGHTS
• Full-size pool table, board games, and a living room with a gas fireplace and TV for a night in.

SLEEPING (sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms)
• Main floor: king suite with en-suite bath, soaking tub, walk-in shower, desk and Smart TV.
• Upstairs: three queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. A half bath is downstairs.
• Upstairs loft with a second work surface and seating.

MEALS AT HOME
• Kitchen with cookware, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender and toaster.
• Eat at the dining table, the breakfast table or outside on the patio.

LESS TO PACK
• Pack 'n play and children's dinnerware are here. High chair and baby monitor on request.
• Washer and dryer in the home.

WORK IF YOU NEED TO
• Wi-Fi, a desk in the king bedroom and a second work surface in the upstairs loft.

SIMPLE EXTRAS
• No cleaning fee. No extra charge for requested pool heating. No checkout chores.

AROUND SPRING
• Use the house as a base for The Woodlands, Old Town Spring, Topgolf and Hurricane Harbor Splashtown. Grocery stores and dining are a short drive away. A car is recommended.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Pets: One dog is allowed with a pet fee. The home isn't set up for pets, so please bring your own crate, bedding and bowls.
• Pool and spa heating is free on request. Message us and we'll send a short video showing how to turn it on. The pool is not kept heated between guests.
• Pool service is Tuesdays and Fridays. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday mornings.
• A video guidebook is sent before check-in.
• The pool and hot tub have no separate gate or lock. Please supervise children.
• Exterior cameras are at the front door, driveway, side door, pool equipment area, back door and backyard (overlooking the patio and pool). There are no cameras inside the home.
• The neighborhood is patrolled regularly by Precinct 4 Constables.
• Wooded Texas neighborhood. You may see insects and wildlife outdoors, including mosquitoes, lizards and squirrels. The home gets regular professional pest control. If you have a specific pest or allergy concern, message us before booking.
