This new home offers an open concept living area, very spacious and bright. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked and open to the living room, featuring a built-in kitchen table.

Three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The primary suite is a true oasis, complete with a spa-like bathroom.
* Two twin Rollaway beds + bedding are located in the primary closet.
* Mini crib with linens located in the primary closet.

This home boasts plenty of room to spread out (2,500 sf), with tons of room below for entertaining and outdoor cooking as well.

Neighborhood dock located short walk from the home perfect for fishing, boat watching and enjoying amazing sunsets which occur year-round!
* Kemah Boardwalk within 5-minute drive.
* Nasa 15 minutes
*Galveston Island 25 minutes away

This property was even better than I expected. Very clean, great floor plan, stocked with paper towels, tp, and some cleaning products to get you started. Plenty of nice towels and linens. The host is very nice, and accessible if contact is needed. No wonder she's a premier host! I've stayed in quite a few properties over the years, and this is the best experience overall that I've ever had.

This place was amazing. Brand new property. We were there during hurricane Beryl. We lost electricity and the owner went above and beyond. He brought us a generator and window unit AC. Will definitely stay here the next time we go to Houston.

Awesome house, it was great to have big beds in each room along with a bathroom for each. If there was a negative at all it was one in one of the showers the hot and cold were backwards. Will definitely stay there again.
