- Maximum of 20 guests including visitors; $500 fee for birthday parties and gatherings.
- Not suitable for big parties—outdoor security cameras monitor guest count.
- No refund for violations.
- Our lovely home exudes 1970s charm and may show some age in places. Expect a relaxed vintage feel.

Mama birthday dinner

Love the fact that my out of town family had plenty of bedrooms, dinner table space and kids were not bored enjoyed the clean pool and kitchen space. Thank you Mr Rajesh for making our weekend memorable for my moms birthday and my family from out of town were very impressed and happy.

Hidden Treasure Home Rental

My family needed a place to stay for a family funeral and reunion. We picked this home and was pleased with our stay. The neighborhood is older, but it is very quiet. The home is also older but the remodeling is just amazing. The inside of the home is simply beautiful. Very spacious, very clean, very pleasant stay. Family enjoyed the swimming pool and we played several games of pool on the pool table.

Family Reunion

We were having a hard time finding a place to rent for my fathers 49th birthday but Rajesh was kind enough to help me rent his place out. Would recommend for a nice family gathering, pool is AWESOME.

Not a Pleasant stay

We we walked in there was trash everywhere. And mostly everything was broken we we walked in and the owner still did a claim damage on me when everything was already destroyed. The floor was almost ripped up and us just walking through it made it worse. Very u pleasant stay.
