5 night stay in Florence, arrived a couple of hours ahead of check-in time but were lucky enough the room was ready for us. Amazing room with a huge shower and jacuzzi in the bathroom. River view bedroom with comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was excellent.

There were serious issues with the room,, however the staff did move us to an upgrade. The staff was excellent in many ways.
