There was no laundry facility, the pictures showed a bathroom facility that was much nicer than ours, there was no staff on site when we arrived, and the first day we were there, there was no hot water for showers, until they turned the heater back on."

"The Moker House is a great small property that combines the best of convenience and quality. The place is a 5 story modern building. The owners live on the top floor and provide caring and responsive service to those who are staying. Floors 2,3, and 4 are single private rooms with balcony and elevator access. "房間比想像中的小，幾乎沒有放東西的空間，晚上房內蚊子很多，找不到任何蚊香類的物品，試著打民宿的電話求助，雖然已經半夜1點，但竟然是關機的，隔天早上才回電，我們已經整晚在打蚊子 !! 另外，入住時未告知熱水是電熱式的，接著洗澡的人就洗到幾乎是冷水的狀態... 雖然民宿整體是很有特色，但以上的體驗還是扣分許多。"

"had a amazing experience staying here for 3 nights, the lady in charge was really warm and helpfull, and also introduce me amazing driver (and also as our tour guide). The house is also beautiful with a traditional House design (traditional house of Kinmen), breakfast were amazing （and the portion are too much for a breakfast). I’ll stay at this place again if i have another chance to visit Kinmen. "
