"The laundry service was horrible. Not once in my 3 night stay was my room cleaned! I asked the front desk to bring more towels and to at least empty trash and it never happened! I used the same towel to take a shower the whole time! "

"The front desk staff was excellent however the facility was only fair. TVs did not work, telephones did not work, and there were paint chips and spots on the bathroom floors. I chose La Quinta because of previous experience with several of La Quinta locations across the country, but this one needs an overhaul. It is not up to previous standards. I did not have any contact with housekeeping. As stated the desk staff are an asset but as the saying goes, they’re doing the best they can with what they have to work with."
