This accommodation is located in a beautiful residence where you have the city center of Houlgate at 1 km, the beach, tennis, golf, casino, cinema.

Séjour très agréable. Nous étions trois adultes et deux enfants de deux et cinq ans. Beau jardin, beaucoup de place dehors. Quinze minutes à pied pour aller au village et à la plage. Propre, cuisine bien equipée.Merci!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce bel endroit avec un magnifique jardin ! Nous avons adore la maison fonctionelle avec tout ce quil faut dedans poir pqsser un super sejour. Si nous revenons nous prendrons nos velos :D

logement très agréable. Vraiment bien équipé. Le jardin est vaste. Nous avons gouté d'y manger et d'y faire la sieste en toute tranquilité. A proximité du centre et de la plage même a pied. Expérience à renouveler.

The house is little but all you need is there. You can walk to the center of Houlgate what is a nice place to visit. We will book it once again.

Nice house in good location

Nice clean house in a lovely quiet location. Everything you would need on a holiday and a short walk into town of Houlgate, which is lovely. The owner and lady that look after the house were very helpful to us. We would visit again

Pleasant house in nice area

This is a lovely little house in a peaceful area, it is well kept, clean and has all you need. The owner is very easy to communicate with and quick to reply to messages. This is the second time we have stayed here and would happily visit again

Emplacement très calme à quelques minutes en voiture de toutes commodités. Madame Massa nous a accueilli comme des rois et nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit.`Nous reviendrons ça c'est sûre.

La location est parfaite même avec des petits enfants ont peux aller à la plage et en ville à pieds. Location très prope les photos ne mettent pas assez la qualité du bien surtout les chambres. Rien ne manque pour passer un agréable sejour. Nous recommandons vivement

Un beau Cottage au calme total

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, à 4 ( dont 2 enfants). La literie est très bonne. Le volume est bien optimisé et pratique. Le jardin, grand, est très appréciable. et l'emplacement est très idéal à quelques minutes du centre d'houlagte.

Kleines Ferienhaus nahe Zentrum und Meer

Houlgate ist eine schöne Stadt am Meer. Zentrum und Meer sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Objekt liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, deren Pflege nicht ohne Geräuschkulisse stattfindet. Die Verwalterin des Hauses vor Ort ist ganz besonders freundlich und herzlich und gibt einem sofort ein heimisches Gefühl.

Petite maison bien placée avec terrain très agréable

Petite maison avec un jardin très agréable et fleuri à 15 min à pied de la plage et du centre ville.Houlgate est une très jolie petite station balnéaire, très préservée et bien placée pour visiter les grands sites de Normandie. Literie de qualité. 2 bémols: un fond de cuisine ( un peu d'huile, sucre, sel poivre...) et un barbecue seraient les bienvenus.

Sehr gute Wahl für Familien zu fünft

Das Haus ist klein, aber durch drei Schlafzimmer sehr gut für uns geeignet. Als Familie mit drei Kindern findet man alles, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und ruhig, in einem Ferienhaus-Park direkt an der Ortsgrenzen, großer Garten zum spielen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar mit Waschmaschine und großer Wäscheleine. Die Schlafzimmer haben viel Charme, aber das Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett ist wirklich nur für zwei jüngere Kinder passend.

Fijn huisje in een rustige onmgeving

Het huisje was netjes en schoon. We hebben er als gezin een heerlijke tijd gehad. De Wifi was goed. De slaapkamer met stapelbed was wel klein en warm. Op de bovenverdieping was het erg gehorig; elke draai, kuchje en snurk werd gehoord. De andere twee slaapkamers waren verder goed. Mooie grote tuin met grote heg eromheen, dus voldoende privacy. De omgeving was rustig. Op wandelafstand van een mooi en schoon strand. Wel moet je terug weer heuvel op. Niet veel parkeerruimte bij het strand.

Excellent endroit pour qui veut du calme et de la verdure. Maison bien équipée sauf en saladiers ! Il aurait manqué des renseignements pratiques sur l'accès au centre ville à pied, et à l'approvisionnement. Nous aurions aimé avoir l'usage du parasol.

Poor communication and extra charges

We had an issue with not being able to connect to the WiFi, as the manager spoke no English we didn't bother with it and just used our own data. unfortunately after we left we have been charged for breaking/disconnecting the hub An email from the owner said we broke it the night we arrived even gave us the time it stopped working but he never informed us of the fault untill after I queried the charge. I don't mind paying for something I broke but unfortunately this feels Iike a set up This was a great place to stay but you need to speak a little french to stay here to avoid unpleasant surprises

Nous avons ete surpris de trouver refrigerateur congelateur et machine a laver dans un cabanon de jardin plus que poussiereux. Le frigo pas nettoyé nous balancait un relent de poisson. Inutile de dire que nous ne l avons pas utilisé. Pas plus d ailleurs que le lave linge. Dans la cuisine nous avons dû laver la vaisselle avant utilisation la premiere boite conservation etant plutot grasse... le parasol du jatdin alors que nous etions a table, s'est subitement,
