Come and experience Luxury Mid Century-Modern decor with contemporary amenities. Near CHI and National Park Hospitals is just down the street. Located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, our gorgeous home is designed for your comfort and relaxation with a 63 inch flat screen streaming TV , high-speed internet, luxury towels and linens and lavender foaming bath soap. Just 7 minutes away from Oaklawn RaceTrack.

The spacious living room is a great gathering place for family and friends. You will get a great night's sleep with our super popular luxury mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers coffee service too. There is even a place for your pet including a large fenced backyard.

You have the whole house to yourself!

Located Mid city, just off Malvern Ave and Near National Park Hospital. Downtown is nearby and so is Oaklawn Race Track. Our modern house is your home away from home located in a well established quiet family neighborhood with lovely mature trees. Hot Springs County Club and Golf Course is just 3 minutes away. Lots of restaurants nearby.

There is public transportation on Malvern Ave.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway- up to 4 vehicles

Very lovely home! The house was just like the listing shows, very clean and nice inside and outside and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Check in and booking was very easy with no issues. I would definitely recommend this arbnb.

This is a great property in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and comfortable. We had issues working the washer. and setting the timer on the stove. The layout worked well for us being able to visit and play games together and my husband especially liked watching the rabbit in the backyard.

Everything was really great. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location, super clean, comfortable beds and furnahings, and most importantly the a/c was adequate for helping keep the whole house comfortable while we were there during an extreme heat spell (temps were pushing triple digits every day during our stay). We will definitely stay here again, whenever we return to Hot Springs.

It was great!

We had a great weekend. There was plenty of comfortable room for our family of five. It was easy to find, easy to check into, and conveniently located about 6 minutes from the convention center where we had an event. We would recommend this house to anyone.

FFA fun!

Our son was scheduled to win several awards, so we were there for Arkansas FFA convention. Everything was as pictured and better! Lots of elbow room; beds for everyone while our son stayed at Camp Couchdale. We enjoyed our stay and will come back next year!

Business travel with small kids.

This house is adorable! The layout is great at maximizing the use of the square footage. The back yard is great for letting the kids run off some energy. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood close to the hospital, and the neighbors were super friendly. Definitely recommend.

Family Visit

House was nice but neighborhood is rough. Nothing was cleaned before check-in. Had to go somewhere else for 4 hours after check in (8 PM) to be cleaned. Won’t be going back. Left 2 days early.

Perfect place

Wonderful immaculate thoughtfully curated home. Owner goes out of her way to ensure your stay is perfect . I’ve already booked again ! We come to town for the horse races close to Oaklawn and all the action .
