Refrigerator did not work. Had to get a new key every time I left the room. Has to hold the door handle up before putting the key in to get the door to open. Other empty rooms on the property but never offered to move to a better room.

This was not a clean place. There was dried urine on the seat of the toilet, the bedding didn’t look washed, it smelled like mildew, the chair was covered in stains, the bathroom light didn’t work, the list goes on. We stayed for about an hour and then left after telling management about the issues. I showed him a photo of the dried pee on the seat of the toilet. I didn’t plan on swimming but there was also no water in the pool if I had.

My hot springs vacay

We checked in late and the manager was there to greet us he was very nice. The room was cozy and the bed was great!

Rundown rooms

Run down, poorly maintained rooms, visible repairs to walls and ceilings. The carpeting was peeling off and dingy. Room smelled of mildew and ammonia. My husband saw a cockroach in the curtains. When we went to check out there was no one at the desk. I rang the bell and no one came so I called the number listed to call and then someone came out of the back room. Looking like I’d woken them up. 2/10 stars. Would not stay here again.

If you just need a cheap place for the night, it's fine, just watch your step as the stairs are rusty, the paint is peeling, and mold is growing.

Not recommended.

The place is a dump. The parking lot looks empty. Rooms are smelly and bed lumpy. The establishment does not feel safe.

The Property is run down. The Grass was unkept, swimming pool was empty and in horrible shape. Stairs were rusted and in poor condition. There were men drinking and grilling in the parking lot that looked homeless. The tv only tuned to 1 channel, the tub was stained severely, The whole experience was horrible and the longer we stayed the more we found wrong. We checked out early and will not use this hotel again. It was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I did not want any confrontation during the checkout nor did I expect to get my money back. We just left. There are many hotels in the area and we will be able to find one to suit our needs.

When we arived we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The staff was curious and gave us a new room but the machine that activates room keys was on another employee so we had to meet them at the room to get our key to work. Many things in the room were in a state of disrepair and I spotted and killed a cockroach. Overall its what i expected for cheap lodging but there are definitely some improvements that could be made.

You get low value for the economical price you pay. Staff isn't helpful or friendly, but nothing too rude. Broken tp holder and other items in room. Remote doesnt work to change the tv. Was clean enough and they have several cockroach traps in the open in the room, but at least they are trying to prevent it. For a quick one night just to sleep it works, but it's not nice and the walls are very thin (noisy)

It was a handicapped room. There was handrails for taking a bath. But a tub. Which my husband and many others cannot step into. Disappointing.

It’s an old run down hotel. Also technically they do offer breakfast it is packets of microwave oatmeal, 2 types of cereal slices of bread to make toast and yogurt singles. Staff was awesome though
