We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very roomy with a HUGE master bedroom on the 2nd floor and was well-appointed. We would stay here again.

Christmas trip

We had a 3 generation trip planned for post Christmas and this house was our first stop for 3 nights. It was home base for visiting Hot springs national park and then going to Little Rock to visit presidential library and Central high school. We enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub. It was a great house for us!

Everything was as described ..a perfect house for a large group. Beautiful view of the lake and I would definitely recommend. My only complaint was the master bedroom shower. It’s hard to figure out how to use and the water pressure was terrible. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great location for Oaklawn

The property was as pictures show-- though arrangement is a bit odd. We came in December so did not use the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub! Property shows some age and there is a very loud sound when you use the water at times-- but it served our purpose for a winter get-away and to spend time at the Races!

Lots of space for the family. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks and dock. Got our workout in each day, with the nearly 100 steps down to the lake! House is just ok- kind of aging, so there were many little things that could use maintenance or updating. Manager was very responsive and helpful in resolving issds

Fabulous lake house stay!

We had a terrific time staying at this lake house. Everything we wanted to do was within 10-15 minutes driving. The house was well supplied with everything we could need for cooking in the kitchen. I only missed some tongs for the grill. There were tons of towels and bedding and blankets. The trek to the dock was a lot of stairs but it wasn't steep and the stairs were in good shape. We loved swimming off the dock. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to family groups with kids of all ages.

Amazing Lake house

This house is really beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. We had several family members in from out of town for my son's graduation and we had plenty of space. There are air mattresses if you run out of beds. The outside space is unbelievable! My boys enjoyed the swimming and kayaking, soaking in the hot tub and just hanging out on the deck. There are a lot of steps down to the lake and it is very steep coming back up, but it is worth it.

Lots of space

We loved the outside deck, kayaks, and the hot tub. Fire pit and gas grill are broken though. The appliances are very nice but the cookware is awful. All scratched up Teflon. Both kitchen chairs are broken as is one in the master bedroom. Lots of room to spread out though and the house was clean on arrival. After emailing, phoning and messaging I finally heard back from contact person. Not very responsive overall.

The Lakehouse was the perfect spot for a great vacation. the house was spacious and the spaces were all inviting. The hot tub was hot and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and met all our needs. Communication was convenient and timely. I highly recommend the Lakehouse!

Kitchen was well stocked. We didn't end up using the Hot Tub. Location was great! Our only issue was there were 8 adults, several of us "older", and all the chairs were sort of older and really low!! And there wasn't a great visiting place for all of us. But there are several places where 5 or so can gather well.

The property is very large and outdoor area is amazing. The furniture in the two living area inside could use some updating as it was all very low and not all that comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and the kitchen well stocked. It is fairly close to the town but also you felt secluded and very peaceful. If returning with a large group again we would definitely consider staying here again.

Hot Springs Lake Week

My family enjoyed our stay here. There was ample space for everyone to spread out. The walk down to the boat dock is a little lengthy, but totally worth it.
