Next door to Red Light Roastery & Coffee House and close to Hot Springs National Park. This charming 1940s cottage is a great place to stay in between your adventures around Hot Springs. It is conveniently located very close to Hot Springs National Park, Historic Downtown Hot Springs, and dozens of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails for all levels!

Park Avenue and Uptown is experiencing a revitalization and fast becoming a special place to be. It is a very diverse neighborhood. 910 Park Avenue Food court is across the street, as well as Red Light Roastery Coffee House.

Close to public bus transportation, hiking trails around the corner and 25 minute walk to downtown

Please park on the driveway of the property. Also, Please do not park in the coffee house parking lot M-F, 8am-2pm. The house and the property are non-smoking.
Smoking not permitted. Seriously.
Only registered guests allowed in house.
Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start.
Put all trash in big grey bin next to the road.

The house was a good overnight stay for us. The kids loved the games and small snacks provided. The main bedroom door would not shut, and the coffeehouse has moved (that was one main reason we picked this place), but I appreciated the cleanliness of the house and stand-up fan in the main bedroom.

Cute little cottage was exactly what we needed! A short drive from Central Avenue and all the fun on bathhouse row. Owners were quick to answer all email questions and the house was in perfect order when we arrived.

Great place to stay, close to downtown

The property was as described, very clean and cozy. Location is close enough to downtown but far enough from the noise and traffic. The local coffee that was provided and the protein bars were great.

Great spot in Hot Springs

This is a lovely cottage in a tree lined neighborhood. Walking distance to the coffee shop. Short drive to trails and downtown. Communication was great with the owner. Not a fancy house but one with a great vibe to it. Super comfortable.There is no stove, though I assume that's in the description and it didn't bother me because we hadn't planned on cooking. There is a hot plate and a coffee maker. Highly recommend!

Good, clean, comfortable

Had a great stay, no complaints about the property or hosts. Just be aware that the coffee shop that is described as next door in the listing is no longer open. We were looking forward to the ultimate convenience, but alas, the coffee shop had relocated down the highway. Still only a five minute walk one way, so not too far. Would stay here again.

Little Yellow House

This was a sweet little house that was probably 60 year old and very clean. It has all of the things needed when staying away from home. We only stayed over night but we did enjoy our stay. It also had a pen if you brought dogs with you.

Great location and cute house

The location made it very easy to drive into town and there was plenty of parking. The area was quiet and relaxing. The house was a great size for our quick trip. It was cozy and charming. The bed was too firm for us and I wish I brought my own pillow. Otherwise, it was good house in a very convenient spot.
