Could just drop new towels at the rooms instead of me having to walk down and exchange. Staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. Quiet place and easy fun right there.

It is fairly close to the main downtown street area with shops, restaurants, bath houses. A fair budget price for a budget motel.

Initially I felt like it was a bad place but once I checked in I realized they had residents (long term) I parked the office staff asked and my car was hit by another person staying. They did locate me and make sure I was aware, very polite but parking is horrible. It is loud but I am not a city person either.

I guess the old adage, "You get what you pay for" applies. Old motel with parking lot access to each room. The doors were not sealed well, so the road noise would have been really bad if the window air conditioner wasn't so loud. Maintained 70F just fine. Pool was clear. Not heated, but warm enough for a 95F day. Bedding and mattresses were clean. Slept well. Office open from 9am to 11pm. No in room refrigerator or microwave. Direct TV, but maybe 32 or 37" (small).

Travellers beware. online reservations were available, I booked a room through Expedia. They even charged me 20 dollars more than advertised on the digital sign. We got a reservation at last min, went there we were informed by the front desk... there are no rooms left. She didn't look at our reservation, there were clearly multiple parking spaces open but she insisted that " This happens all the time". Based look from. the outside .... I guess it was a blessing in disguise. We were excited about the gokarts right there. but c'est La Vie

Great, helpful staff! Nice pool. Convenient location, just off downtown Hot Springs. The room itself though…mid. Few tv channels, no mini fridge or hairdryer, holes (from cigarettes?) in comforters. Mostly though, the loiters. Felt somewhat more like an apartment complex than a hotel.

Rooms weren’t cleaned well. There was no microwave or fridge. Floor was sticky. Roomed smelled. Outlets were old and loose. Staff was nice and the fact we had free access to ice was a help. Only cameras were by the office. Doors didn’t work smoothly.
