「We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

"The hospitality was great. Easy access to the tower of the revolution and the restaurant on the 1st floor was also good. The mattress was old and made my body aching. Also the noise from the corridor and the next door was loud."

The view from the 20th floor was amazing.
Breakfast was very nice and although I stayed for 5 night I didn't get tired of it.
