Siempre que se llega al hotel todo a estado bien En esta ocasión nos tocó un cuarto con un balcón que nos gusta. Pero a las 2 de la mañana mi esposo escuchó algo y despertó y se dio cuenta que alguien estaba en el balcón como que iba a entrar al cuarto. Yo me desperté y cuando me dice está un hombre le grité y salió corriendo Hablamos a recepción pues la puerta ventana no se podía cerrar y eso fue angustiante. Fueron a checar y comentaron no se podría arreglar y esa noche nos sentimos muy inseguros. Otro día no nos dijeron nada de recepción y nosotros lo comentamos que sí que pasaba pues no fue cualquier cosa. Y se pidió arreglaran la ventana Y si ese día la areglaron pero no hubo nada más por parte del hotel.

Lo peor que tienen son 2 cosas una el sabor de la comida del restaurante que asco no tiene sabor de nada y en la cena también y las recamaristas. Pésimas me rompió unas cosas y además te dejan papel de baño que van quitando de otras habitaciones ni cuando llegue el papel estaba nuevo y para lo que cobran pésimo servicio

La recepción no deja una buena primera impresión, pero luego, al subir a las instalaciones del hotel, la cosa cambia; todo muy bien. No me gustó que el lavamanos y tocador esté fuera del baño.

El cuarto bien, la ubicacion bien. El unico detalle es el desayuno el primer dia al parecer tenian un grupo y el servicio es buffet pero las mesas sucias sucias, no hay personal suficiente para revisar, los baños de los alimentos vacios, el buffet se veia sucio, no habja un control. El segundo dia un poco mejor porque o habia grupo. Aqui cada quien recoge sus platos y vasos sucios.
