"The hotel and the location is very great. It feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped. There is free unlimited coffee and netflix when you have had enough sight seeing. There is also a gym along with a modern lobby area where one can do a quick checkout. Above everything the reception and the crew members are super helpful especially Julia. "The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!"

"We had a family room and it was very clean and spacious. However our stay wasn’t so good here. Kids (aged 13 and 11) found the sofa bed not comfortable at all and had trouble sleeping. The cushions were too soft for us again affecting our sleep (although we didn’t request new ones) The room was too hot! The Air Conditioning was set on 18 but didn’t work that well. We called the reception for someone to check but she said no one was around to check and nothing she could do! Thankfully we were here only for a night!"

"Wonderful location close to the lake and old town. The A/C worked really well, which was so nice! Breakfast buffet is wonderful but can get crowded. Only issues were a very small shower, and a large window (without any curtain) in the bathroom. Other guests could see right in so we ended up having to hang a towel over the window for privacy."

"Staff were welcoming and worked efficiently; room was clean and much larger than MOST hotels I found in Zürich for much higher prices and which did not include breakfast like this hotel does! The breakfast was EXCELLENT, with a custom, self-serve, espresso coffee machine included. They also had a HUGE selection including made to order omelettes, many breads & cheeses, hot & cold food, fresh fruits. Access to the spa next door which was unbelievable! Huge heated pool & jacuzzi, sauna, showers, and elaborate gym! Price was very reasonable especially compared to all the others which had lower ratings. The trains run to Winterthur often, from Zurich main and also the airport. Hotel is about 10min walk from train station. Wow! I would definitely stay here again!"
