"Everything was dirty. The staff was rude. I didn't want to walk on the floor without shoes in my room. I was refused an extra pillow. I was concerned for my safety as well. Would not recommend."

I needed a safe, clean place for a one night stay with my two young kids and did not want to pay a fortune. But I was very surprised at the quality here. Clean, room was huge, bed was comfy, staff was great, pool was a hit. Will for sure stay here again "

"The staff at Hampton this am 10-19-2025 was absolutely wonderful. All the trolley carts were gone and a wonderful young lady offered to help carry my bags to my car. The waite staff also offered a quick breakfast to my daughter and myself before we left very early this am. The staff that you have working at this hotel have always been very cordial and make life less stressful. It is greatly appreciated. Thank You"
