ホープタウン ハウス ツアーとアクティビティ

I did try to text directly, but received no acknowledgement, so posting this here. This is an Inn ( rooms above the pub). I did not receive any communication regarding the check in , until i got there and couldn't get in. The bar lady had to ring them to send it to me- so really bad communication. There was several issues with the room. The major one is that the shower drain was completely blocked. I would allow for around 1 min.shower before flooding the floor. Black mould has been there for a while due to this issue, The TV controll doesn't operate the TV. Some of the lights (or bulbs) don't work. In the listing there is a gift mentioned, but there was no gift. ( Unless it was a kettle and tea bags)? The walls are paper thin- i could here every word in the next room. Not only i could not have a proper shower, but i didn't sleep well either.

朝食込みの予約だったが、朝食の時間を予約していないということで拒否された（朝食時間の予約が必要との案内はなかった）。さんざんやり取りしてやっと受け入れてくれたが、コーヒーのサービスに15分以上待たされた。朝食スタッフは感情的に対応してきて到底プロとは言えない。
