The staff is super nice and the room was clean and spacious. Sign in and out was easy, and parking is free. Breakfast also had good variety of choices.

Our return trip to the Summit Lodge was great. Staff were friendly as always but the rooms do feel ever so slightly in need of an upgrade or some TLC. For example, dishwasher door was stiff and could provide sound effects for a horror movie and most of the room’s faucets had loose handles. Small gripes, but easily fixed - and these won’t stop us booking again. It’s great that pets still stay free, and the squeaky toys are our dog’s favourites. Loads of takeaways opposite, and they’re open late Thanks again, guys

Self Parking was easy and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a good stay. I think the exterior lighting of the hallway going to the exterior door was very dark. I think the property could have better lighting around the pool and hot tub area as well as lighting in the interior / exterior walkways to the front doors. Overall a great stay.
