8.2/10 Very Good! (1,004 reviews)
There was no proper chair in the room. When I asked for one, I was told that there was already a chair available. However, what they were referring to was more of a cross between a chair and a sofa, and it was far too low to sit comfortably at the desk.
I explained that I needed to use my laptop at the desk and asked if they could provide a suitable chair, but I was told that this was not possible.
As an alternative, I asked if they could at least send me an extra pillow to sit on so I could raise myself to a suitable height. They said they would check with management and call me back, but unfortunately, nobody ever got back to me.
I found this very disappointing, especially as I was only asking for something basic that would allow me to work comfortably in my room.
