Welcome to Sky High, an exquisite island retreat nestled at the southern end of Elbow Cay. This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers unrivaled panoramic water views, perched at one of the highest elevations in Dorros Cove. With the added luxury of a dock slip adjacent to Tahiti Beach that can accommodate vessels up to 35’, this property is perfect for those looking to enjoy all the aquatic activities the Abacos have to offer. Take advantage of Sky High’s proximity to Tahiti Beach, located just minutes away and recently voted the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean by Travel and Leisure, making it the perfect destination for your Elbow Cay escape.

The open-concept living/dining area is adorned with high ceilings, elegant wood floors, and a fully equipped kitchen boasting custom cabinets, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, and top-notch fixtures, and opens to a covered deck perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation. Enjoy high-end finishes throughout and embrace the ambiance of refined island living. Located on the second floor is the main ensuite bedroom, a guest room, and a bunk room. There are two additional ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor.

The new swimming pool, spa, and 5th bedroom are complete and ready for use.

High praise for Sky High

Lovely house with all the amenities — and a great location and spectacular views. Our house manager arranged our golf carts to be on site when we arrived and could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We had a wonderful week on Elbow Cay.

Great Location Best View

Sky High was stunning, the accommodations and the house were perfect. Robbie who help us check inn, was so helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our two week stay. The location next to Tahiti Beach and the view from the deck make Sky High the perfect getaway!!!!

Summer in Elbow

We had a wonderful stay at sky high. The house is great and in an awesome location. It was well stocked with what you would need and there are great views of the water. Robbie was very helpful for our various needs during our stay. I would highly recommended this house.

A Vacation Well Beyond Our Expectations!

Our group enjoyed a fabulous week of fishing while staying at spectacular Sky High. The home is modern, spacious, exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds and linens are quite comfortable. Our fishermen were thrilled with the in-house ice machine and freezer box. They very much appreciated the power and water at the dock. We had a heavy thunderstorm one night and lost power, and the generator kicked in immediately. Most importantly, we have to thank Robbie, the Property Manager, for the excellent pre-arrival communications, doing our provisioning for us, and offering local spots to try. By all means, you MUST arrange for a rum cake and cinnamon roll delivery from Tiffany's Treats. She is a delight. Sky High is a short walk to Tahiti Beach and is a scenic golf cart ride into Hopetown. We are looking forward to visiting again! Thank you.

Wonderful property located minutes from Tahiti Beach. Excellent amenities with beautiful views. Robbie, our caretaker, was most accommodating with necessary arrangements both before our arrival and during our stay. We plan on making Thanksgiving in Elbow Cay a new family tradition.

Absolutely Perfect. NO problems. NO issues. Everything brand new and WORKS! Generator and Solar Panels kept the house lit and cool for 3 days while power was out on the island. Sean, the property manager, was fantastic. Claire, the coordinator, was equally great! UNBELIEVABLE VIEW! EXCEPTIONAL House! Highly Recommend!

Gorgeous view

Cali Family trip

We had a wonderful time while we stayed at Kon Tiki on Elbow Cay! We rented a boat and went to different islands during the day. Made breakfast and dinner a few times at the house which was well stocked with cookware, coffee pot, bbq etc. The view is gorgeous and the house/beds/pillows were very comfy. I would recommend renting a golf cart and boat before hand. The manager Robbie was extremely helpful and kind. We miss being there and sure hope to return some day!!!

Amazing Views and House

Beautiful Property

We had a great time on Elbow Cay ( Hope Town). Location of the property is a short walk to Tahiti Beach and the view of the surrounding waters from our high perch was fantastic. Cant eait to come back!
