"The individual who checked me in was very helpful and professional. Excellent service. The rooms are very economical, so expect the level of room you pay for. For example there was some kind of glass perhaps a "bread board" or something that was completely shattered when I checked in. Literally broken glass just left there. How that was not removed or replaced I have no idea. In the shower there was a ball of long hair that was missed from previous guests. The window blinds are thin, and it allowed a bright outside light to keep my room illuminated all night, so this affected my sleep. Good Internet and good parking."

"The new owners/staff are so helpful, accommodating and friendly. The rooms are recently renovated with some very fancy amenities (never used such a high tech toilet before, the heated toilet seat was pretty nice). The cottage we stayed in had a kitchenette and they included a lot of nice little toiletries, coffees, snacks… The cottage was also pet friendly. Very happy with our stay. If we ever need to stay somewhere in Hope again we’d definitely try to stay at Richca!"
