"The property was average. However, the communication with the hotel staff was not so great. I had a few issues accessing the building when I first got there. When I called for help, it was only through email."

"These apartments were definitely an excellent choice. The apartments are beautifully kept and well cleaned. The area provided access to all types of food and groceries. However, the Tesco Extra is a personal favorite and its close walking distance was the best. These apartment were also very close to the city’s main shopping areas. We loved the safety and security provided on and in the properties. We have already decided that we would definitely choose this property or one of their (Kennet)...

"Came down for a few days with wife and kids. Felt really safe within property and very welcoming. Had no issue's at all will be back hopefully."

"I was traveling for three weeks for business and the Stable House was such a perfect home base - you really can't beat the location if you're looking for something in the area. It was clean, well maintained, and on a quiet side street but still minutes (literally just a few hundred feet) to good food and drink. And of course, only a few minutes walk to the Castle and the Windsor side of the river (only about a five minute walk to the castle)."

"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "Nice hotel, comfortable room. Looking a bit dated and tatty in some areas though. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I did have an issue with someone opening my door in the late evening. Turned out reception had given him the wrong room. He must have heard the TV as he opened the door though as he didn't actually enter the room."

"We only needed to stay for one night before our flight and arrived after midnight. We were dealt with quickly and paid parking was simple, secure and convenient. Room was nice and simple (ours could do with a paint refresh). There was no iron in the room which we were fine with. Hotel was extremely convenient to Heathrow with a car (rental) which we filled at the gas station on the way before returning. We were glad not to have to wait in the cue at the bus stop for the airport transportation. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"Very convenient for terminal 5 access, especially when you have an early flight. Our room was clearly renovated, although the bathroom was somewhat dated. It was more than adequate for one night. Be warned, there are no bedside sockets- although there were some by the TV. The bar is expensive but it has a captive audience and the plane watching opportunities are great. Staff were friendly. "
