You will retrieve your entry fob for the elevators upon arrival from the security front desk in the lobby, Upon booking your reservation I will Register you with security. You will need ID for all Guests to show at arrival. I will provide your entry key code after receiving your required registration & valid ID prior to your arrival for you door key code.

You will have full access to the 5th floor recreation deck with pool, BBQ area with picnic tables, a covered open Lounge area with tables chairs, and loungers. There is a laundry room also available that uses a credit card to activate the washers and Dryers.

Communication was wonderful - the property management made it so easy to find the rental, and clear steps for the lock box code, suite access, and wi-fi connection. The suite was clean and came with all the amenties showcased in the listing. As for the building itself, it was a prime location. Everything, beach included, was in walking distance and a massive selection of restaurants and cocktail joints nearby. I would absolutely recommend this property.
