Nice Ocean View 1bed room, full kitchen, near Waikiki Beach! Rooftop pool&BBQ.

Our beautifully remodeled 1 bed room unit with a split ACs is located in the Pacific Monarch with a balcony and awesome ocean views! It's only a few steps away from the famous Waikiki Beach, shopping, and restaurants. The unit has a full kitchen with all kitchen essentials. We provide quality shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, a set of towels per guest, coffee and tea, sugar and cream, and some Hawaiian treats. 2 beach chairs, beach towels, body board, tennis rackets & balls, etc are also provided. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, but all depends of the age and size of each guest as the unit offers only 2 beds (1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 full *queen as of 8/22/25* size sofa bed in the living room). We also provide a mattress topper for the sofa bed for your comfort (stored in the bedroom closet with a clean sheet).

Building amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sundeck, picnic and BBQ area on the rooftop with 360 degree of beautiful views. Coin operated laundry is located on the 3rd floor (PODS provided in the unit, quarters can be purchased at the front desk).

The unit is recently renovated. It's bright & clean. You will enjoy awesome ocean views!

Great Stay

Amazing view and close to the beach. Host was easy to contact when we had a small issue with check in. Wish the pool would’ve been opened as expected when booked but otherwise a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place!

We had an amazing week, great place in a great location, with beautiful views of the beach. The owner was incredible to deal with and was very quick to respond when we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic view and central location

The apartment is very well set up with pool toys, beach chairs, kitchen things etc. We really enjoyed the view of the ocean and the kids loved the rooftop pool. Check in was easy and communication was great.

Perfect Location in Waikiki

Condo perfect for our family of 3. Priced very well for location given older building. I especially appreciate location to beach, large windows with ocean view as well as the pool, hot tub, sauna and rooftop lounge available for our use. Mayu, owner, was very communicative and thoughtful from start and through our stay.

Lovely condo and location

We had a great stay at this condo. The wifi wasn't working the first night but the owners made an immediate effort to come fix the problem right away. The location was excellent! So close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Property was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We could use an extra set of towels as there were 3 people staying and only 2 sets of towels. Other than that, I would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location close to all the good stuff

Perfect location with an amazing view! 5 mins walk from Waikiki Beach and right next to coolest street Uluniu Avenue with Moku surf, Shorefyre bar & grill, Maguro Spot for poke and the #1 Musubi Cafe. Ideal 4 people family place to stay with all necessities incl beach towels, body boards, and roof top pool. Host responded quickly and very friendly. You can easily do trips to the amazing beaches of Waimānalo, Northshore surfer heaven, and landmark Ko’olau mountain range. We totally fell in love with Honolulu and the urban vibe of O’ahu - 5 days wasn’t enough!

Cozy condo with a fabulous view for Waiki family vacation

From start to finish communication with Mayu was excellent. She gave recommendations to local places which was very helpful. Our stay here was most enjoyable and when there was a hiccup (beyond anyone’s control), she was prompt to get it handled. Our family enjoyed the vicinity to food, the beach, shopping, etc. The condo is equipped with everything you could think of and it is much appreciated!! Would definitely recommend and stay here with our family again!! Mahalo!

Time in Waikiki

My son and I got to spend a few days in Waikiki. Check in was a little bit of a struggle as desk clerk had a hard time finding my information and no parking garage keys were available. Rest of stay was not any trouble at all. Room was neat and clean and we enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards that were in the room. Would book again if the need arises

Excellent stay in Waikiki

This place was at an amazing location. We had a great view of the nearby beach as well as all of the surrounding buildings. I thought the space was fun and inviting, felt very much like our apartment at home. My only complaint was the bed. It was a very firm and I am someone who prefers a more plush bed. However, that is more a preference thing. Great overall and I appreciated the host’s responsiveness to messages.

Perfect Condo Rental

Wonderful stay! Mayu, the property manager, was incredibly helpful. She provided us with parking information, recommended some excellent restaurants, and promptly addressed all our inquiries. The rooms were clean, and the condo came fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and floaties, making our trips to the nearby beach even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The only hiccup we encountered was with the person at the front desk, who unfortunately wasn't very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Oahu in the future. Thank you!

Location and view!

Loved our 10 day stay! Can’t beat the central Waikiki location and the view and light that floods this corner unit is beautiful. Kitchen is very small, closer to a kitchenette, balcony is narrow and the unit obviously gets lots of use. It’s well cared for though and everything worked. Garage was easy to navigate, shower was great, as was the bed (firm). Sofa needs replacing but was ok. Really appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas! Front desk staff were helpful and laundry area worked well too. Rooftop patio was under construction so the pool was closed, but the bbq/hot tub area was open and absolutely beautiful. My husband loved the sauna too. Thanks for a great stay!
