This studio condo is perfectly located in the heart of Waikiki just minutes from the beach and shopping also showcasing a steakhouse attached to the building accessed through the lobby! We are in a safe, convenient area with a city bus stop across the street. You also get a reserved parking spot in the garage for your vehicle adding a tremendous value to your stay in Waikiki which is notoriously expensive for parking when you get lucky enough to find a spot.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting October 27th, 2025 the building will begin an exterior concrete repair and painting project. During this project, guests can expect noisy work (drilling & hammering) occurring Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm. Safety measures will be in place, but some degree of dust and vibrations are unavoidable depending on the area being worked on. The building pool and sundeck will be closed for the duration of this project, and for segments of the project, each unit's lanai will be inaccessible. This project is expected to last 6-12 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.

Great little place!

Unit was just as shown in photos and description, and was very clean. It had everything we needed and the location was great for a few days in Waikiki. The free parking was part of why we chose this rental, and getting to/from it was convenient.

wonderful stay in Waikiki

we've had a wonderful stay at the appartment; check in was super easy, communication was on point; appartment was clean and had everything as advertised inkl. 2 beachchairs und one umbrella. Kitchen was well equipped und bed was super comfy; loved to sit at the lanai on 14th floor overlooking Waikiki .... location was also a big plus as well as included parking ... we would love to come back again ... thanxs !!

We could’ve moved in!

We were so happy with this unit. It was well appointed, exactly like the photos. It has obviously been renovated recently and kept in great condition. We are particular about cleanliness and this exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the little touches, full kitchen and convenient parking. Although there was some noise from the neighboring bar, it ceased by 10pm. We cannot wait to stay again!

Comfortable, great location

Location was so close to the 'action' of Waikiki. Lots of restaurants, shopping and watering holes. Check-in was a breeze. Building was mostly quiet. Lots of noise from local bar and their live music every night down the block. Pool was welcoming, but not heated. Room was comfortable, and fully equipted kitchen just what we were looking for. Free parking was amazing.

Great location and communication

The property was in an amazing location. Central to many of the most popular restaurants and close to the beach. Property was quiet and well maintained. The dedicated parking stall was so convenient to have included. Communication and check in and checkout process was excellent. Only a few things to consider improving was the shower water didn't get super hot, and was warm but couldn't adjust to get hotter. AC unit could be a bit stronger for the unit but you get used to it. Other than those two small things it was an wonderful stay and we would recommend.

Great location!

This place is a block from Waikiki Beach and International Market which is very convenient. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time in Hawaii and the reason I gave it 4 stars is because communication could’ve been better (I reached out a couple of times to confirm payment and our dates and wasn’t sure if we still had the place on the date of our arrival), there’s water constantly leaking onto the balcony (right in front of the sliding door) from the neighbors balcony above, and the elevators can take a long time. Other than that, the place was clean with all the amenities to cook your own meals without having to do any outside dining (which can get expensive). I like having beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler that you can take to the beach without having to buy one.

We love staying in this building. The room was perfect and was nicely renovated. We enjoyed the beach chairs too! Would definitely stay again.

Stay at Marine Surf

Nice Stay but had to pay for early 1:00 pm check-in but when arrived at 1:30 cleaner was there until 2:30. Owner said too bad. AC has a hard time keeping it cool and makes load noises at times. It's condensate line dumps on the balcony and your feet get wet, tracking it inside making it very slippery. Finally placed one of the few towels available on the floor for cleanliness and safety
