Located on a high floor of the Waikiki Sunset with beautiful mountain and city views this condo offers enough beds to sleeps 6. 1 bedroom (king bed and twin bunk beds), expansive living area (queen sofa bed w/Tempur-Pedic-type mattress), 1 bathroom, and FREE PARKING for one vehicle (parking garage vehicle height restricted to 6-feet). Completely renovated with high-quality designer finishes. Central AC throughout condo. NO RESORT FEE.

Fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials will make this condo feel like home. Spacious kitchen counter seating for 4 along with a separate dining table that seats 4. There is also an outdoor patio dining table for 2.

Wi-fi, cable, and smart TV access available in the bedroom and living area on top quality flat panel TV s.

The Waikiki Sunset is conveniently located one block from famous Waikiki Beach, world-class dining, shopping, bus line access, Biki (bike rental), the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, International Marketplace, and Kapiolani Beach Park. Exploring the island is convenient and easy with many transportation options right outside your front door.

We had a great experience here - it is a well-maintained, well-appointed condo. This was perfect for our family of 4, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay in Waikiki very comfortable. Unit was just as described and very clean, and included a comfortable bed, great kitchen, and beach gear (including wagon, boogie boards and sand toys). Our kids also enjoyed the building’s pool, and we enjoyed sunrises on the balcony. We used the bunk beds in the bedroom, but the host had also provided a freshly laundered bed set for the pullout couch.The location was perfect - short walk to the beach, walkable to all Waikiki had to offer, but also very easy to get in and out of for car trips around the island. Included parking is a major plus.Courtney was very communicative, checked in on us during our stay, and provided really clear instructions for everything that made checking in and out super-easy and quick.

Our host Courtney was outstanding! Kona storm came through and power went out. She was over in a heartbeat with flashlights and anything else we needed! In regards to value I gave a four star, only because our Canadian dollar against U S dollar is horrible.Thanks Courtney

Wonderful stay.Location to the beach was perfect. Appreciated the beach gear. Very clean. Kitchen well supplied with cookware. Used the coin laundry. Thanks for the laundry pods! Will be back.

Wonderful place to stay in Waikiki. The host was very friendly and communicative during our stay. It had great amenities and was very clean and comfortable. We did not get a chance to use the pool as we spent more time at the beach within walking distance. We’d love to come back the next time we’re in Hawaii!

Courtney was a great host! She provided a great little welcome package. It was clean, close to the beach, and the parking included was invaluable. We loved it.Only reason that this was 4 stars was out of Courtney's control. It's really noisy for 2 reasons: It's close to the fire station, and there are a lot of emergencies in a big city. It also is really loud due to air pressure in the hallway. It sounds like it's windy, but inside.

In addition to this condo being extremely immaculate, the host included so many amenities which made our stay complete. Located just a few blocks from the beach, it was also convenient to get out of Waikiki and drive to other areas since parking was included. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Loved the apartment! Close to the beach 1 block away, with shops near by. Many restaurants walking distance and easy enough to DoorDash food. The unit had shampoo and soap plenty of towels and toilet paper. Would recommend to any family. Free parking and ease of access. Keep in mind parking garage is small so don’t rent a tall car and parking big cars can be difficult but there’s plenty of parking didn’t have an issue finding a spot.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had all of the amenities we needed. It was close to the beach and close to multiple bus stops. It was centrally located. We were too busy sight seeing and did not go to the pool or fitness center, but could see the pool from the balcony and it looked nice. There was also a nice BBQ area (we did not use it). The mini mart had all of the essentials and food options with comparable pricing to the near by shops. A couple of treat options that we loved were rolled ice cream and the shaved ice right next to it. Dukes hula pie and tropical smoothie were amazing with live music. It was a fun atmosphere.

Unit: Very clean. Updated and Comfortable. The owners certainly pay attention to the little things that guests may need or want. Location: Very short walk to beach/restaurants/coffee shops, etc.Building: is dated, but overall we truly enjoyed our stay. MAHALO!

We had the BEST time staying at Courtneys condo! The location was perfect. Close to everything but didn't have to deal with any major traffic coming or going. The beach and the zoo are both quick 8 minute or less walks (and that's walking at a 4 year old's pace!) Having a parking pass was AMAZING! The condo itself was fantastic, check in and out was easy, and Courtney responded within seconds to a question that we had. The unit was stocked with plenty of towels, basic needs, and more. We loved having the beach toys and used the provided small cooler bag and ice packs daily for our adventures. 100% recommend! We will be back some day!

We were a group of 3 friends staying here for 2 weeks. Extremely well equipped apartment, and Courtney was a wonderful and responsive host. It was a good size for 3 friends staying together. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. We LOVED that there was an insulated bag and ice packs. There was also a Brita water filter. Tupperware and plenty of cookware and appliances. So convenient!Laundry room is located right next door, and a good price. Only 1.75 for washer and same price for the dryer. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach, but located in a quieter, less crazy part of Waikiki! Still walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping, and convenient that parking is included. The central AC was strong and great. There’s also a ceiling fan in the living room and the bedroom. The windows face east so keep the curtains closed in the morning so the apartment doesn’t get hot. I would definitely stay again if I ever go back to Waikiki!
