Stay was fine. Toilet flooded on the last day we were there. Since this is a condo in a hotel we were not sure who’s going to take care of this problem. There was a gecko in bathroom one day, that was a little unsettling

Just what we needed

Check-in was a bit bumpy at first, but once everything was sorted out, the rest of the weekend went smoothly. The room was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, a great stay and would definitely consider booking again.

A comfortable and clean room in an excellent location! The property manager was very professional and responsive, when we noticed there were no hangers, she promptly arranged for them to be delivered the next day, which we appreciated.A couple of areas could be improved:1.There’s no phone in the room. This was inconvenient and, more importantly, raises a safety concern since we couldn’t easily contact the reception or others in case of need.2.The resort fee has increased to 30 per day for more than six months, but the website and check-in message still state 25. This discrepancy should be updated for transparency.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely consider returning.
