Elevator stopped. Staff is all friendly but housekeeping is to be improved. Only twice we could receive housekeeping during 5 nights due to housekeeping worker shortage! Beach gears are not good than my expectation. Amenity is not enough due to housekeeping-less.

施設も割と新しく清潔感があり、スタッフも親切な方が多く気持ちの良い滞在となりました。またカパフル通りに行きたいレストランが多かったのでほとんど徒歩で行く事が出来ました。ビーチへもすぐなのでロケーションもとても良かったです。 一点だけ残念だったのはアリです。とても小さなアリなんですが洗面所には常にいましたね。テーブルに食べかけのスコーンをうっかり置いたまま出掛けたら、ものすごい数のアリがたかっていました。笑 それ以外はパーフェクト。また泊まりたいです。

リニューという名前の通り、リニューアルしたばかりで大変清潔なホテルでした。 ワイキキビーチからも至近で、ホノルルマラソンのシャトルバス乗り場やカピオラニ公園にも徒歩圏内なので、大変いいアクセス。 そして、チェックアウト前日にお部屋に戻った時のプチギフトにも感動しました！ 仲間内にもすすめたいホテルです。

2019年8月にハワイのワイキキにあるHotel Renewに宿泊しました。 非常に不愉快なホテルでした。エクスペディア側にも問題があると思います。 リゾートフィーとして26.18ドルかかり、それには朝食、ビーチタオル、インターネットアクセス等が含まれるとなっています。しかし、宿泊した際は、朝食は付いていないと言われました。旅行前の予約内容にもはっきりリゾート料金に朝食が入っていることが記載されています。 ホテルcheck in時にもらった資料には、毎日25ドルが強制的に取られ、それにはwifiやビーチグッツ費用は記載がありますが、朝食は入っていません。 ホテルの問題もありますが、エクスペディアにも情報の変更連絡をしてもらっていないため問題があります。さらに朝食がリゾート料金に含まれているとして予約しているのに含まれておらず、別途、本来必要ない朝食代が無駄に使っています。予約した内容と違うことになっているので、誠意ある対応をしていただきたい。必要であればホテルとも十分協議していただきたい。予約した内容と現地での対応が異なるため、契約から逸脱しております。 また、このことで、楽しいはずの旅行が台無しです。非常に不愉快極まりない。 しかも、宿泊完了後のページを確認すると、リゾート料金は以下のように修正されている。以下の内容で予約したかのように見えるが、事前に予約内容を打ち出しており、異なっている。予約内容を勝手変えるのも自分達に非がないようにするために受け取れる。 また、ホテルからもらった資料（1日25ドルのアメニティ費用の詳細）には、到着時に冷たいタオル、飲み物の提供が記載があるが、そんなもの提供されていません。 • 宿泊完了からリゾート料金 : 1 泊につき 1 施設あたり 26.18 US ドル リゾート料金に含まれるもの : • ビーチタオル • インターネットアクセス • 新聞 • 電話 • セーフティボックス (室内) • その他料金

ビーチまで徒歩1分。海で遊ぶ道具など無料で貸してくれる備品がある。朝食はゆで玉子やパンなど。廊下はプーンとココナッツオイルの香りがする。キングサイズの部屋は綺麗で風呂も広い。周遊バス（？）のバス停が目の前なので、利用する方にとっては便利かも。サブウェイがビーチに行く途中にある。Uberでダニエル・イノウエ空港まで25-30分、25ドル前後。

立地も良く利便性は良いが、低層階だと隣のホテルのレストランの騒音や道路の音が聞こえる。 朝食はマフィンやシリアル、ゆで卵程度で毎日同じなので、それを納得できるなら。 フロントは日本語全く通じないが、対応は丁寧。頼めばタオルやシュノーケリング用具などを無料で貸してもらえる。 ホテルでのんびりという人向きではなく、日中も夜も出歩く予定の人向き。

Hoteis.comの予約サイトの記載内容に注意！！
このホテルには私たち以外に日本人の宿泊客は誰もいませんでした。8日間妻と共に滞在しました。日本人スタッフもいないので日本語は全く通じません。ワイキキの端の方でホノルル動物園のすぐ隣にあります。ワイキキに行くには便利です。部屋からワイキキビーチが見え、夕日も見ることができました。部屋も清潔でシャワーの出具合も悪くありませんでした。プールやフィットネスはありません。朝食はパンとシリアルぐらいで、とっても質素でした。予約サイトに朝食無料と記載されていたので、無料だからしょうがないと思いましたが、実は無料ではなく、課金されていました（後述）。ホノルル動物園に行き、毎日、ワイキキを散策し、ゴルフを4回ほど行いました。海やプールには入りませんでした。このような生活をする上では、このホテルは特に問題はありません。 宿泊予約するにあたり注意点が必要なのが宿泊料金です。7泊8日で約18万円ほどかかりました。一泊190-200ドルと予約サイトには記載がありますが、そのほかにリゾート料金が一日25ドルくらいかかります。これらに4.75%の税金がかかります。予約サイトをよく見ないと宿泊料金を勘違いしてしまいます。さらにHotels.comの予約サイトには朝食・wifi無料と記載されていますが、それは間違いで、リゾート料金に含まれているのです。つまり、朝食・wifiの料金は有無を言わさず課金されていたのです。ワイキキにあるホテルですので、ある程度の宿泊料は覚悟しなければならないのは当然ですが、予約サイトの間違った情報のために嫌な思いをしてしまいました。今まで、数社の予約サイトを通じて海外の宿泊予約しましたが、このような経験は初めてでしたので、Hotels.comのサイトには間違った情報であることをお伝えしました。皆様もご注意ください！！

Good location, friendly staffs. There is free juice when I checked in, sweeter than Florida welcome center juice😁. I tried to find some neighborhood cheaper parking spot but compared the price and convenience, I just use the hotel valet parking, better than other options.

The hotel is located really close to the beach and along the main boardwalk, so it was very walkable. The staff were really friendly and courteous. There are many dining options around the area. If i ever return to waikiki, then i would definitely stay at the hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Renew. The staff were all so sweet and accomodating. I felt safe and secure while staying here and the ambiance and decor was relaxing and clean. They also provide you with complimentary amenities such as towels for the beach.l to use while you stay. I really appreciated how sweet everyone was.

Staff was so kind and the hotel was so clean and smelled great. Very walkable and a 2 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff from check in to valet were excellent. Great place to stay, room was clean and perfect for its to siren a couple of days. Convenient for places to eat too.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel room was very clean. The location is less than a block from the beach which was perfect!

Images of room were very deceiving. Ocean view it was not. We could barely see the ocean. We overlooked the top of a restaurant, other hotels and loud road. Didn’t clean the room one of the days. Phoned our room one night around 10pm because staffed had misplaced my valet number.
