The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,

for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation

Deck renovation project.

Enjoy paradise with an incredible mountain view Waikiki Banyan condo suite

only one block from world famous Waikiki Beach! Condo suite is located on the

37th floor and has a spectacular view of the mountains and the Ala Wai Golf

Course. See the ocean and Koko Head Crater in the distance towards Hawaii Kai.

Tastefully decorated with island style furnishings, tile flooring, full-tile

bathroom, stainless steel appliances, and modern furniture. Enjoy the comforts

of home at an affordable price!



Save money and enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen and

comfortable seating in the living room of this mountain view condo in Waikiki.

Kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and

other kitchen wares. There is a kitchen table with seating for four people.



Convenient sleeping arrangements include two queen-sized beds in the bedroom

and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is greater privacy in this unit

because there are two separate bathroom doors. We have gone out of our way to

make your stay in Waikiki spectacular.



FREE covered parking, FREE Wi-Fi internet. If you use the bus, the stop is

right next to the building. Take advantage of all of the extras we provide so

you can get the most out of your vacation.

Property Manager at The Waikiki Banyan

Most of our condos at Property Manager are located in the luxurious Waikiki

Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the

famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing

ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring

Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining

options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal

Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around

the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring

Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.



The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,

soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The

Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby

s Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs,

saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children s playground. Property

Manager offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free

Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and

cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with

provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance

line, Property Manager ensures a safe and enjoyable stay. If the Waikiki

Banyan condo isn't available, feel free to inquire about other fantastic

Nice, small condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our flight arrived in the late evening, but the check-in was easy/smooth. Great location...an easy walk to the beach and Waikiki nightlife but also within a few minutes drive of grocery stores, the interstate, and diamond head. All in all a great place at a good price.
