Staff was great but it was a real process getting the correct password for our wifi. It was just out of date and they had to contact the rental company over in Maui. Otherwise we had a nice time!

Overall, our accommodation was quite good! The room facilities were a bit outdated, and the bathroom sink was a little small for a family of three. Room B23 had a great view, overlooking the ocean, trees, and beach. The kitchen stove was convenient for preparing simple meals. The washing machine and dryer came with laundry detergent, which was very convenient for doing laundry – a real necessity in Hawaii! The beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed was also quite comfortable. The downsides: the housekeeper only cleaned the room once, and for the rest of the time, we had to request towels and other necessities from the office. There were some small cockroaches in the room, but I think this is unavoidable due to the climate of Hawaii.

Great place. A bit isolated though

Very comfortable, clean condominium. The kitchen is well equipped. There is beach equipment for a day at the beach along with beach towels. Condo is walkable to great shopping, affordable Gourmet Market that has anything & everything, coffee house, restaurants, beautiful pool/spa and beach access with amazing sunsets.

We stayed for Christmas Eve to Boxing day and had a poor stay. Our check in time was 4pm, which is already very late, but when we arrived we were told our room would not be ready until 6pm. No complimentary drinks or snacks were provided as an apology and we had to wait around. Christmas eve buffet was poor. Food was not restocked fast enough and we had to wait a good hour for more food to arrive. Our room was not cleaned on Christmas day. At a minimum fresh towels would have been expected. The gym was quite good although the hotel had building works going on during the festive period, just below the gym, so it was very noisy. All in all a below average stay and disappointing for our honeymoon.
