"This place was very clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. It is quiet and has everything you need. This is not a fancy hotel. It is simple, clean, very functional, convenient to the Shinkansen station, other stores, some great nearby bakeries. The hotel breakfast is also sufficient. It was a very nice find for us and quite affordable. "
