It was my birthday and the waitress took a polaroid picture and enclosed it a nice card wishing me a personalized happy birthday. She also brought over a lovely dessert. It made my birthday in Hong Kong very special. Nice room and was kept very clean by your great staff. We asked for ice which promptly arrived at our room. "

"Had a wonderful nine nights at this hotel. Harbor view is 100% worth it. The buffet was a great way to start the day (even though travelers should go have a few dim sum breakfasts during their HK stay). Yes the mattress was a bit hard but that’s to my liking. Had a great experience I’d 100% recommend."
