"The side door into the stairwell has no lock & the door into the lobby from the stairs was left propped open. The hallway smelled of urine & the lobby was very hot. Our 1st room had a broken door handle, leaving us locked inside. We were moved to a room with: no working phone; crumbs on the floor; a smoke detector missing; mold on the ceiling; no body wash; no tissues; mildew in the toilet; dirt ring in tub; Summer's Eve bottle left in shower. I brought all of this to the manager's attention the next morning. He assured me it would be taken care of. 45 minutes after waiting in the lobby, the only thing changed was "

My room was outdated and had inadequate plumbing. The on-site restaurants were substandard, particularly considering their prices. While I may consider visiting the area again, I will not choose to stay at this property in the future."
