"There should be an Ice machine in the tall building instead of having to walk all the way to the rest to get Ice. The pools are cleaned every day but not the surrounding areas. "My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."
