Welcome to our charming Lake Tahoe retreat! Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated workspace, and a cozy gas fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of garage access and on-site laundry.

Step just outside our doors to explore Tahoe's National Forest land perfect for hiking or backcountry skiing.

We’re also near the McKinney Rubicon Trailhead, beautiful beaches, and delightful restaurants.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of the forest, just minutes away from the McKinney/Rubicon Trailhead and a short drive to Meeks Bay.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a couple locked closets. The garage is shared in the winter months with the above-garage studio ski lease guest (including a shared washer and dryer).

Our well-appointed kitchen awaits, equipped with everything you need for enjoyable home-cooked meals, including a double oven and six-burner gas range.

Indulge in a night of restful sleep on our brand-new and extremely comfortable Saatva and Casper mattresses. The indoor living space features a Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system.

After a day of exploration, return to the warmth of the fireplace, where you can curl up on the couch for a movie.

For those who need to work during their stay, a dedicated desk setup in the loft overlooks the beautiful living room windows.

Convenient garage access with onsite laundry (shared with above-garage studio ski lease guest in the winter months) provides all the comfort of your own home.

Our home is approximately 8 minutes from Meeks Bay, and 9 minutes from the McKinney/Rubicon Trailhead. All of Tahoe's epic adventures are just minutes away!

OUR DRIVEWAY: The driveway has a short, steep section leading up to the main motor court/garage. AWD is the minimum requirement, 4WD and/or snow tires strongly recommended. If you don’t have it, there may be instances where you have to walk up, grab a shovel and clear the driveway if the plow didn’t come through.

SHARED DRIVEWAY & GARAGE IN THE WINTER MONTHS: Ski lease guests may be in the above-garage studio during your stay. Garage is shared (1 parking spot for studio, 1 parking spot for the main house plus a shared washer and dryer - to be used by studio guests, house guests and cleaners).

Due to an allergy in our family, we unfortunately cannot permit service animals in the home.

Outdoor furniture (including the BBQ) may not be available in the winter months (November - May).

Great stay

We had a great stay. We came up for ski week and the cabin was perfect for our family of 4 (1 child and a toddler). Everything was clean and comfortable. The hosts were accommodating and had great communication. We drove up from the Bay Area to introduce our oldest to skiing. I highly recommend the ski school at Homewood, just minutes away from the cabin and we had a lot of fun at Granlibakken (also close by). The neighborhood is quiet and everyone was friendly, we spent a lot of time just walking around and playing in the snow. Lastly, I had been to Tahoe before but never stayed so close to the lake, it was really beautiful.
