「We wanted a hot tub room for two to relax for my birthday. Found this gem not even 10 mins from our house with an added bonus - the sauna! And we will be booking again.
Location is secluded and was quiet. Locals will say it’s not the greatest neighborhood but there was never a time we didn’t feel safe or were uncomfortable. Don’t let location stop you.

「This was a lovely ranch house that met our needs perfectly for 4 people and two dogs! There was a stocked coffee/tea bar which was very nice (included a few snacks and bottled water as well) and a wine bar set with glasses and bottle openers (BYOB on that one). There was also a nice screened in porch that would be lovely in the spring/summer months.」

「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」
