Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. We are walking distance to downtown and a 10 minute drive to the Harbor.

Enjoy the fenced in backyard, sunlit deck, swing set, garden, fire pit and a stack of firewood at your disposal

Our house is perfect for you and your little ones to relax at and enjoy after you spend the day exploring, or for a pair of couples who want to enjoy the nightlife.

We have kid amenities and can offer more upon request.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

*Turn down the monitor to 60 *Turn off the electric base board thermostat. *If applicable check yard for pet waste. ( see pet rules below)

*Lock ONLY the keypad door and back door deadbolt. *Close/ lock any open windows

*If you use the grill, clean the utensils, grates, and turn off the propane.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
