「Nice outdoor sitting area, pretty furniture but check in process didn't work. They blamed it on booking through a third party, expedia. Fortunately, there were live people to call & actually on the property to help.」

If you are looking for a luxury inn, or a copy/paste-style corporate hotel, you’re looking at the wrong property. We LOVED it here! The rooms are somewhat tiny, and yes, a bit dated. The location was excellent—close to Rocky Mountain National Park, downtown Estes Park, restaurants, and shopping, while still being quiet and relaxing. 「We stay in a family suit with two queen beds and a sofa bed, the queen beds are very clean, but the sofa bed is broken, and also some crumbs trapped inside. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and the maintenance managed sent a rollaway bed to us shortly after we report the issue. The breakfast is ok, location is about 10 minutes drive from the Rocky Mountain National Park entry.」
