"Not the closest location to the city, but very close to a metro going to the city every 4 min, and a large shopping center right beside the hotel. Very convenient if you are in Copenhagen to attend an event at bella center!(the next stop) the staff were very approachable and friendly."

"nice & easy self serve check in/out. room was ready a bit early too. i messaged ahead about luggage storage and they said it would’ve cost extra. easy short train ride from the airport. right near a big mall with a grocery store. room was all good except for the bathroom/shower situation, it was tiny and i couldn’t figure out how to work the shower for the life of me! the dials were by the bathroom sink & controlled both the sink and shower. a guide somewhere would’ve saved me a lot of time!"

"Nice hotel. However it must be a Scandinavian rule where the guest can’t control the ac. You can only go down max 3 degrees from base set. The hotel is all glass and gets hot quickly. Never cooled down past 70degrees f. It was cooler outside and can’t open windows. Everything else was great!"
